Cookies & Creamy Shakeology Recipes
I am so excited to finally have the flavor of my favorite superfood shake available, Cookies & Creamy Shakeology! I have tried so many protein shakes in the past as I have been very passionate about fitness and nutrition. NO shake/powder has beaten what I have been using over the past (almost) 9 years! Shakeology has provided me with the most high-quality nutrients, is all-natural, and is so much more than just a “protein shake.”
As our company launched our new Cookies N Creamy flavor, I have been so excited to try out some new recipes! Yesterday, my bag arrived at my door and I was able to try it plain with just ice and water so I knew exactly what this flavor tastes like. I was so surprised that it tasted so good and does not actually have cookies in the recipe!
If you are wondering how our plant-based, dairy-free Cookies N Creamy Shakeology tastes like cookies n cream without having cookies in it, here’s how it goes: Our experts added notes of vanilla with hints of decadent cocoa.
Today, after my workout, I made a recipe that will most likely be my go-to recipe that I use post-workout. It was so good and satisfying, and the texture was perfect!
