Green Protein Pancakes
I love having being able to have a healthy breakfast that inlcudes your veggies, protein, and healthy carbs! So here are your green protein pancakes!
Before I ate this meal, I looked at these pancakes and thought, they are green.. They probably don’t taste good because of the color! I was so WRONG! They are amazing!! I can’t wait for you to try it yourself! Oh, and they are great to meal prep with and cook a bunch at once! If you want to add a little peanut butter on top, they are really good!!
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 capful Carmel extract
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup green spinach
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
- 2 tbsp soy free/dairy free chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
- Mix eggs, caramel, oats, spinach, and banana in a blender.
- Pour mixture onto skillet with cooking spray or olive oil and cook like pancakes.
- Sprinkle coconut onto each pancake right when you pour mixture into the skillet. If you are craving sweets, add chocolate chips.
