Kale Chips
It can be so difficult to get those veggies in right? It can get boring with the same old celery, and raw veggies and sometimes we just want that extra crunch right?!?
Nothing easier than throwing raw Kale on a cookie sheet or air-fryer and and turning them into Kale Chips!!
Ingredients:
- 3 handfuls of raw kale
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- Himalayan salt
Directions:
- Place raw kale on cookie sheet spread out.
- Sprinkle Himalayan salt on top of kale and bake at 350 for 12 minutes!
*If you have an air-fryer, you can simple place Kale with EVOO and Salt in the air-fryer and cook at 380 for 5 minutes!
