Greek Salad

Salad:
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup reduced-fat feta cheese
- 2 tbsp kalamata olives, sliced and pitted
- 2 tbsp green olives
- ½ small purple onion into small slices
- 1 whole cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 cup baby red tomatoes
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients together and add the dressing.
To make dressing:
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Mix salad ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add 2 tbsp dressing and serve.
