Beachbody Coach Summit 2016: How to be a Girl Boss
Each year, Beachbody has a special training for us fitness coaches who are growing a business and network. This training is full of mastermind sessions, trainings with Keynote Speakers and corporate, along with live workouts with celebrity trainers and even parties for those who qualify!
This year, our Summit was in Nashville, TN, just like last year and was full with 25,000 Beachbody coaches attending! We stayed extremely busy, but gots lots of great information to take back with us to share with our teams and challengers that we are helping and will be helping in the future!
This is always a total game changer for me. Just like taking your car to get inspected and checked up (even though nothing may be wrong), I attend these events to keep my business in check!
I arrived in Nashville on Tuesday, and came home at 430 am this morning. Each day, we had a pretty full schedule!
Elite Dinner with the top coaches on the #1 Dream Team
Tuesday was an extra day, so we got in, unpacked, and got ready for a dinner with my up line and top coach of the organization (and cousin), Melanie Mitro. She does this each year for her Elite coaches which is nice to have this to catch up and relax!
Wednesday, a few of us coaches on my team did a fun workout outside Nashville to Country Heat, I had rehearsal for Elite recognition, then off to our Elite CORE shopping experience and dinner at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center! I was blessed to be able to not only have one of my own Elite coaches join me this year on this event, but I also took another Star Diamond coach of mine as my date!

It’s a pretty amazing feeling when you walk into your special CORE experience to shop and walk up to a red carpet, champagne, and this lovely Elite gift to hang on my wall in my office!!! I seriously can say I work for the BEST company ever.. they are so good at recognizing your hard work and effort you put into changing lives! In addition, my name is hanging inside the Music City Center as one of the 3 current 12 star diamonds in the company! The highest rank is 15 star, so I’m pretty proud of this accomplishment! Our team works so hard to earn these ranks
This was a pretty special moment walking up to my name outside of the Shermerhorn Symphony Center for our Elite party/dinner! There are over 480,000 coaches in the organization, and I am one of less than 300 coaches that are in the top 0.05% Elite coaches! Pretty proud I must say!!
Walking in with these beautiful ladies on our team was such a proud mommy coach moment!!

Thursday was actual day 1 of our Summit training. We got to walk all over downtown Nashville, and got to have our opening ceremony at Nissan Stadium! Yea, we had that many coaches that we filled up that bad boy!
I was able to take one of my amazing Star Diamond coaches Alisha to join me up front in the VIP section!
We may or may not have went out that night! And I may or may not have found this snake to get a fun pic! lol.. Yea I am that crazy girl with crazy ideas!! 
Friday started our big training! We had lots of notes and important things to take in, our team pictures, and then off to get ready for our big party!! Those who qualified as leaders on the leadership ladder and Success Club earned a spot to our 80’s party and Billy Idol concert! Yes, Beachbody goes big or goes home!!!
Team Pics! I seriously broke down as I turned around to see the growth of our team attending Summit!! These coaches have put their trust in me to help them, have committed to themselves and their business and have made so many sacrifices and I am so proud of each and every one of them!!
GIRLS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN!! 80’s Party!!! Yes, this is our team and we love to have fun!! This is our quality time together, especially since we don’t always get to see each other! So why not go all out?!?!
That night was a blast!!

Saturday morning, we got up at 430 am to do a LIVE workout with all the celebrity trainers and we did it right in the middle of Broadway in Nashville!! Thats how we roll in the Beachbody world!!
Saturday evening after training was our closing Ceremony! I was given the opportunity to go on stage to be recognized as Elite, along with going on stage to celebrate my Up line coach Melanie being top coach of the year for the second time!!!
Nothing more special than being right beside this girl to my right on stage for Elite! Maegan is our 2nd Elite coach on Forever FIT!! Love having our team on stage in front of thousands of people being recognized for hard work!!

This past week was incredible and memorable! I am so excited to continue adding to our team and looking for more women and men who are ready to go all in and reach some BIG goals in their business and life!
