After 21 days of kicking my butt at the 21 Day Fix Extreme, clean eating, and drinking Shakeology, 8 pounds are gone and 10 inches!!! I was only going to do 2 weeks of this program, but what is 1 more week?!? That’s 7 more days… Who can’t do something for 21 days?!?

This is not rocket science, this is a program that is simplified for anyone who wants to reach some big fitness goals whether they are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced fitness level. There is modification to every workout, so if you are more of a beginner to intermediate, you can still do this!!! 


This is not impossible, nor is it a quick fix.. My mission is to educate and teach my challengers, friends, and family that if you work at something every day, you will become better, stronger, and successful! If you are looking for a diet, then this is NOT for you. This is a lifestyle change. For me, this is step 1 to getting closer to my goals and prep for another show!! Now, time to keep going and get to step 2!! Continuing different programs and keeping track is just a
nother way to keep up my momentum! 
As I am on my journey, I am excited to help you find a program that works for you!!
