21 DAY FIX RESULTS
21 Days have officially gone by!! I must say, I was a little irritated by the scale in the first week, but so glad I stopped looking because I know seeing so many people losing up to 15 lbs and then me with hardly any weight loss would have discouraged me to quit… BUT I decided to stop looking at the scale and focus on how I feel!! SOOOO happy that I changed my way of thinking with the Fix!!
Focusing on portion control, exercising 30 min a day, clean eating, also using Shakeology once a day in place of a meal really can give you results in just 21 days?! HECK YES IT CAN!!
I am literally OBSESSED with the 21 day fix workouts!! You get everything- Cardio, weight training, yoga, and pilates! I am a variety kinda girl, so this is right up my allie!!
What is so nice about these workouts is this is for beginners or experts! The modification is perfect, but for those who are more trained, you will still get an awesome workout!!
Now the nutrition side…
Its hard for many people to use portion control… That is half the reason why people are over weight.. We get bored, emotional, and our minds take over and we lose track of what we are eating..
So the 21 day fix gives you containers that will help you measure out exactly how much of what to eat!
Each color of container stands for a different food group. I feel this has helped me significantly with maintaining self control!
It is so nice to have a nutrition guide tell you what you can and can’t eat. Oh, and don’t worry, you are even given little cheat meals!!
This program is really focused on a lifestyle change.. It’s not a diet, but more less a focused program to get your mind and body into a regimen that will work for you and help you reach your goals!

This is me today, on day 1 of my second round and ready to lean out just a little more!! I am just enjoying every bit of this and am taking it all as a learning experience so I can share with others what it is like on this journey!!
