New Beginnings!!
Happy July!!! Crazy to think how time is just flying by and we are already halfway through summer!I wanted to come in here and give you all an update on what is going on over here! LOTS of changes to say the least!! 😬
Time for UPDATES!
Most of you know me as the “Beachbody coach.” But it is a job, NOT who I am! With that said, the past 9.5 years with Beachbody have been incredible to me! I have gotten help with my own health journey and learned so much about fitness and nutrition, met some awesome people, and made long-lasting friendships, along with being able to provide for my family with the time and financially by being able to work from home while raising my kiddos!
I am FOREVER GRATEFUL and my family’s life is FOREVER changed because of it!
With that said, over the past 1.5-2 years, I have felt pulled in a different direction. Like I’m not done yet and this is not my destination. My cup was full and I needed to change something for my growth to continue. I felt like I was forcing myself to be ok where I was and that I would eventually get over the feelings of complacency, lack of joy with certain things, and that tug. But over the past month or so, the tug was REALLY tugging.
This isn’t where I am supposed to be.
After researching and lots of prayers and talking to my husband, I made the decision to walk away from the company that I was with for 9.5 years.
Walking away from what I have worked so hard for to start from square one- especially walking away from the income (that has been the sole income for our family for years), and starting fresh was the scariest thing for me.
This took me solely relying on Jesus and trusting that He will provide for my family, just as He always has and always will. I can’t even describe how hard this choice was for me to make.
I also realized I needed to follow my heart and find something (and a company) that aligned with my family’s values and beliefs, and that fulfilled me in my career.
So here I am, still, the same Deidra who is passionate about helping others live a healthy and whole life, but just in another way! I am still focused on GUT HEALTH, GOOD NUTRITION, helping others with WEIGHT LOSS while helping to find balance with the busyness of life!

CHANGE
Change is hard. Change is scary, But what is scarier is remaining in the same, unhappy, complacent situation that you want out of. There is no growth without CHANGE and NOTHING great happens in your comfort zone!
Since I have moved forward and have taken off with my new business, I wanted to still have a community group to help women find that support and encouragement that is needed!!
