21-Day Ultimate Reset Results are In!
21 Days ago, my husband and I committed to a 21-day detox called the Ultimate Reset and I am so excited to share our results! This was challenging, but also rewarding in so many ways and helped us see how much strength, dedication, and discipline we really have! It also helped us see what our minds and bodies are really capable of!
We may not be exactly at our ultimate goal, but we have come a long way and I am pretty proud of both of us! I am so thankful I had Brent doing this with me because it definitely helped us stay strong! We were there to support each other the ENTIRE way through these 21 days and it made it so much easier from when I did this myself in the past!
Let’s talk REGIMEN:
The food we ate was strict and very clean, the supplements we took 4 times a day was intense, and we were on a scheduled meal plan the entire time. At first, it was difficult, but after a week, it became second nature, just like anything we do to create a habit!
After week 1, we removed meats and dairy, and in week 3 we removed grains and legumes.
Being vegan for 2 weeks was probably the most difficult since I LOVE meat! But I felt the results of having a good cleanse to give my body a reset, so it did the job!
NOW Let’s talk RESULTS!!
Throughout the last 21 days, I lost 12 pounds and 10.75 inches! In addition, I have more energy, feel less bloated, and am not craving crazy foods…. other than wanting my usual cheat meal for the week!
Brent has done an incredible job and lost 12 pounds and 13 inches! He is in the military and getting closer to his recommended weight for the army was necessary! Now he also has more energy and fewer cravings and is excited to continue this journey with healthier eating!
