Prepping for my next Figure Competition!
I’m so more than ready to get onto my competition prep for my next show! I had a goal of competing in my third figure competition when I’m 30, so that time is running out!! Time to get my butt in gear and get on with it!! Last week, I started back at the gym to incorporate a routine there, along with my home fitness workouts. As my morning fasting cardio, I will be using Country Heat and 21 Day Fix Extreme. For my weights, other than the gym, I will be using Body Beast! It gets tough with having the kids and daycare is not always available there, so this makes it so much easier to have the ability to workout at home!
MEAL PREP:
I like to keep my meals pretty simple, sweet, and to the point. I get carried away with calories if Im using to many ingredients and sauces, so this is my way of tracking and not overdoing it with extra unnecessary calories. My caloric intake will be around 1600-1800 calories, but Im more focused on macros..
I get protein in every meal (approx 20-25 grams), my carbs will be my first 3 meals of the day (approx 25-30 grams)- on my leg days, I will have an extra 40 carbs or so, healthy fats in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and of course lots of veggies!! I WILL also be incorporating Shakeology DAILY into my regimen along with Recover from our Beachbody performance line to give me the extra protein and help with muscle repair and get my BCAA’s 🙂
So I want to share new recipe with you that a fellow friend/coach on my team used for her meal prep!

I’m so excited to share the next 14-16 weeks with you all on my journey up to my 3rd show! I will share it all… my WINS, struggles, and my changes and progress along the way!!
I have a few fellow Beachbody coaches who are also prepping for either a bikini or figure competition and are creating a challenge/support group to hold each other accountable!! This is for women who are not using a coach and would like the help to reach their goals and really see what their fullest potential is mentally and physically!!
