One thing I love so much about Team beachbody and working for this company is the fact that there are always new programs coming out, which is a great opportunity for people of different levels of fitness and preference of workouts!
How long is the P90 Workout?
What kind of Equipment is needed for P90?
- A set of weights (dumbbells- when picking the weight, make sure you can do 3 sets of approx 12 reps) … Beginners I would use 5 lbs and intermediate and/advanced 10-20 lbs
- Resistance bands (great alternative to dumbbells too, and serve as your back workout so you don’t have to do the pull-ups!)
- Towel and Water
