New 20 Minute Home Workout- Transform 20
I am so excited to share with you our newest launch of Shaun T’s home workout that is PERFECT for all mommas (and males) who are busy and end up using time as an excuse to reach their goals. I am about to blow your mind with the new 20 minute home workout- Transform 20!
Ever since I started my own fitness journey over 6 years ago with my AT HOME workout programs, I have learned so much about nutrition, exercise, and mindset. I have been able to reach goals I NEVER reached by my past routine at the gym 5-6 days a week. Most likely because I didn’t have the nutrition down, the support by a coach DAILY, and a routine that would allow me to constantly trick my body. I would do the same ol machines, then move to treadmill and elliptical with the same repetitive movements. I would plateau because my body became use to what I was doing, and then I would get frustrated and feel defeated, and then give up.
Over the past 6 years, I have found so much success to the point where I was at my leanest, competed in figure competitions, and had another baby boy and the healthiest pregnancy I have EVER had, only gaining 37 pounds compared to 60 pounds I did with my first 2 where I went to the gym on a regular basis!
One of the trainers I have followed and actually started my entire home fitness journey with is Shaun T. Six weeks postpartum with my second boy, I started Insanity (which I do not recommend you start this program right away unless you are a crazy person like me lol). I had amazing results and it was the start of something great to help me with the healthy lifestyle I wanted for myself and my family!

WHAT IS TRANSFORM 20?
Transform :20 is a fast, super-intense fitness program created by Super Trainer Shaun T that will transform your body—and your mind—in just 20 minutes a day over 6 weeks. Be forewarned—it’s hard. But the results will be worth it. Transform :20 is a breakthrough total-body workout without breaks. It’s just you, Shaun T, and a Step. After 5 minutes, you’ll be out of breath, at 10 minutes you’ll be sweating, in 15 minutes you’ll be looking at the clock, and by minute 20 you’ll be done. You’ll blast your core, legs, glutes, and upper body—no weights required (but there are 6 BONUS workouts with weights, YES!) There’s a different workout every day, 6 days a week, done in real time with the cast. No do-overs and no repeats.
Transform :20 is divided into three 2-week chapters: COMMIT, CLIMB, CONQUER. In each chapter, the moves evolve and get harder. Daily Transformer challenges will push you physically, and daily Shaun-Firmations will help get your mind focused and keep you motivated. The Beachbody® Nutrition Guide has been tailored to Transform :20 to make sure you’re getting the nutrients and fuel you need throughout the program to help you achieve your best results. It also explains how to incorporate Portion Fix® or the 2B Mindset™ into your eating plan. Finally, weekly behind-the-scenes videos, “Transform Your Life with Shaun T,” feature Shaun T and the cast as they discuss their own challenges, with the goal of motivating everyone to stay committed and strong.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN TRANSFORM :20?
- 2 Prep Workouts – Do these before you begin the program to get an idea of what’s to come! You can do those in December in my VIP launch group. We are going to be doing Shaun T’s prep schedule as a group.
- 36 Unique Workouts – Each day has a different 20 minute workout done in real time with no do-overs or repeats to keep you engaged and motivated.
- 6 Bonus Routines – These can be done in addition to your regular workouts or on days off.
- 6 Bonus Weighted Workouts – These full-body workouts utilize dumbbells to take your workout up a notch. I added the weighted workouts when I did round 2 and it was perfect to up my results.
- Transformers – Each workout features three 1-minute physical challenges that repeat weekly. You use the tracking sheet that comes with your kit to write your number of reps for each transformer and the goal is to beat out your number from the week prior.

- Wall Calendar/Tracker- (DRY ERASER FRIENDLY!) An overview of each day’s workout with space to track progress and daily Transformer challenges.
- Hybrid Calendar- Follow this calendar if you plan on incorporating the 6 BONUS weighted workouts. It’s the same 6 days a week for 6 weeks schedule with the weighted workouts folded in.
How will I access these workouts?
If you don’t have access to these platforms, you can still access the workouts on a laptop, smartphone or tablet!
What equipment is needed?
All that’s needed is a Step—available to purchase from Beachbody while supplies last with the whole transform 20 challenge pack. For the 6 BONUS weighted workouts, dumbbells are required. NOTE: You don’t have to get the step from Beachbody but I don’t suggest using the really old style steps that easily come apart. This one is safe to use because we do a lot of jumping/moving/pushups on these!
HOW CAN I GET STARTED?
- Choose your package option and make sure that I am your assigned coach!
- Get signed up on Dec. 4th when the packages go live & MAKE SURE you are in my VIP Transform:20 prep group!
- Make sure you are plugged into the group! Prep week starts on Jan. 7th and day 1 of the program starts Jan. 14th! I have the prep calendar in my VIP group!

FYI: Both customer and coach enrollments are priced the same! If you are enrolling as a coach, your enrollment fee (normally $40 is waived) when you purchase one of the Challenge Packs.
