Shrimp Stir-Fry with Bok Choy
This was one of my recipes I made from last week!!
Shrimp stir-fry with Bok Choy!!
1 lb shrimp (cut tails and shell off please lol)- cook thoroughly as directed on package
4 small bunches of Bok Choy
1 small purple onion
2 cups chopped portobello mushrooms
2 TBSP grape seed oil
1 TBSP mined garlic
1 tsp himalayan salt
1 tsp black crushed pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Cut Bok Choy (leaves and stems) into 1/2 inch pieces and cook in pan with Oil.
Add chopped onion, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, and crushed pepper and cook for 5 min on medium
Add Shrimp and cook for another 5 min, stirring half way through.
Let cook before digging in!! Perfect meal for dinner without carbs.. if you want for lunch, add brown rice! 🙂
