What is the serving size? A red? Or a cup? I have 4 breasts so I need to double.

That doesn't make sense compared to the 21DF measurements. And the chicken breast would have to be huge for 2 breasts to be 4 servings of meat.

Lindsey, yes 4 oz is a serving size of chicken. I do use larger breasts and cut them in half to make 4 oz per serving ๐Ÿ™‚
