Chicken Waldorf Salad


Ingredients:
  • 2 cups
    chicken breast (cooked- I broil mine)
  • ½ cup
    plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup
    chopped seedless grapes
  • ¼ cup
    dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup
    chopped raw walnuts
  • ¼ cup
    chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp
    Himalayan Salt
  • ½ tsp
    cracked pepper

Directions:

Mix
all ingredients together and let chill for at least 30 min before eating.
Use on
100% whole wheat crackers, or 100% whole wheat wrap!
