- 1 Scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology
- 1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 8 ice cubes
- 8 ounces water (or almond milk- depending on if you need more calories in this meal)
- Add ingredients in a blender and blend!! Yes, its that simple!! #WINNING!!
