Banana Protein Ice cream with PB2 & Coconut

Banana
Protein Icecream with PB2 and coconut

Ingredients:
1 medium
banana
3 tbsp
PB2 powder
1
scoop vanilla protein  powder(I used
Vanilla Shakeology),
1/4
cup water
3-4
ice cubes
1 tbsp
unsweetened raw shredded coconut
*1
tbsp chocolate chips if you want to add a little extra sweetness.
Directions:
Blend  banana, 2 tbsp PB2, water, ice and protein
powder
-Place
in a container and freeze for 3-4 hours.
-Defrost
for 10-15 minute before eating.

-Top
with coconut, 1 tbsp PB2, and chocolate chips if desired!

This
peanut buttery chocolate pie is rich in flavor but low in calories.

Time: 10 min.
Yield:
8 servings

Ingredients:
• 2
scoops Chocolate Shakeology
• 1
container tofu, silken firm (approx 12 oz.)
• ½
cup natural peanut butter
• 2
Tbsp. skim milk
• 1
premade whole-grain graham pie crust

Preparation:
1
Place peanut butter, tofu, Chocolate Shakeology, and milk in blender. Blend
until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if necessary.
2.
Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.

NO BAKE COOKIES

Yield: 25 cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup
all-natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 cup
quick cooking oats
½ cup
raw honey
1 cup
Chocolate Shakeology
Preparation:
1.
Combine peanut butter, oats, honey, and Shakeology in a medium bowl; mix well.
2.
Roll mixture into 24 balls, each about 1-inch in size.
3.
Flatten each slightly so that it is shaped like a traditional cookie.

Ingredients:
1 can
chick peas
3 tbsp
natural peanut butter
2 tbsp
agave nectar
1 tbsp
baking powder
Flax egg
(1 tbsp flax (ground)  + 3 tbsp water)
1/3 c
chocolate chip cookies
1 tbsp
vanilla extract
Directions:
Puree
chick peas, peanut butter, agave nectar, flax egg, and baking powder in a food
processor.
Stir
in chocolate chips
Form
into small cookies and bake at 350 degrees!!

Chocolate Melt in your Mouth Black Bean Brownies!

Ingredients:
1 box
chocolate brownie mix
1 15
oz can black beans
Water
1 tsp Coffee
(I used dunkin donuts-its what my husband had in the house)
¼ tsp
cinnamon

1/4 cup milk choco chips (optional)
Directions:
Rinse black
beans with water and fill can with beans and water in to top of can.
Pour
in mixer, along with brownie mix, coffee, and cinnamon.
Blend
in blender until mixed well and pour into greased 9X13 baking dish and sprinkle chocolate chips on top of mix

Bake for
20 min at 350 degrees.
Let
cool, and ENJOY!!! This is seriously so amazing and gooey and great for
cravings!! 
I love
that black beans can make so many awesome recipes and you literally cannot even
taste that they are in there!!
