I am a big fan of Philly Cheesesteaks.. I cannot deny that!! But I am also a big fan of finding healthy alternatives to the fattening food that I enjoy!! So here you go, your healthy version of a Philly Cheesesteak!
3 Green Peppers (sliced in halves and removing the insides)
1 Sweet Onion (sliced and then cut in half)
1 Lbs Minute/Shaved Steak (I used 96% lean ground beef here)
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese or Provolone / any cheese of your liking
1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Saute’ onions on high, in olive oil until they’re translucent
2. Add steak/beef to cooked onions and cook until it’s no longer pink
3. Preheat oven to 325º
4. Fill bottom of the peppers with onion/meat mix
5. Add a layer of cheese on top
6. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Until cheese is melted. If you want a softer pepper, add some water to the bottom of the pan and cover with tin foil.

As the past 30 days have gone by, I am excited to share with people that you do NOT have to run miles until your legs fall off to be in shape and be tone! So many people think its cardio cardio cardio, and not eating calories or carbs.. I PROMISE you, I have eating between 1800-2000 calories daily, minimal cardio, lifting heavy, and getting results!!
I feel like they could be a bit better since I knew I had a few more cheats than I should’ve, but hey, progress is progress!!! Gotta be happy with that right?!? 🙂
It was a great feeling to wake up, and just feel different, not so much on the outside, but from inside and my energy since day 1 of starting this program. I will say I have had less sleep than I have in a while, so for me to still have energy is pretty darn good!!

Hey everyone!!! So I am so stuck on my chocolate Shakeology every day, that I was forgetting how amazing the other ones are!!! I dug into my Strawberry VEGAN Shakeology and put a little twist to it!! One of my challengers in my challenge group actually said they had it and out of the 3 years I’ve been drinking it, I never had it before!!
So I can’t keep any secrets from you all and must share this awesome recipe!!!

Strawberry Lemonade Shakeology
1 packet of Strawberry Shakeology (you can use regular or tropical vegan)
1/2 cup fresh strawberries chopped
Ice (I use 8 oz)
3 oz water
1 lemon (squeeze entire lemon for the juice and put juice in blender)
3 ounces lemon juice (I use bottle lemon juice in addition to fresh lemon)
Blend all ingredients together in blender and enjoy!!
*To make thicker consistency, add more ice and less liquid, and to make thinner, add more liquid 🙂
**This recipe can be used on the 3 day refresh or Shakeology cleanse!
