- 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- 1 Tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of honey or agave nectar
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 oz of almond milk (If you like it a bit more runny, add some
water)
- Ice & blend 🙂
You can freeze it in the freezer and make it like ice cream or just eat it right away!
