So if
you have goals and dreams in life, why not reach for the stars!?!? Literally!!
HAHA ! One of my goals for this year (well in my lifetime) was to go
skydiving.. I officially am able to take away one more thing off of my bucket
list!!! This year has been so successful thus far, so it was time to celebrate
some while getting another accomplished!! I have never felt so amazing while
free falling!!! That was probably my favorite moment!! You feel so free!! Then
once the parachute comes out, it is so completely silent and relaxing like you
have no worries in the world!! The view is just the most amazing thing!!! I am
afraid of air planes and heights, but I somehow felt so comfortable!! I cannot
even describe how good it felt to free fall and then to just coast slowly
around and not hear any noise or negativity!! I am so glad I had the
opportunity to achieve this goal!!! I would definitely do it again!!!!

FIT CLUB 717!!

Fit Club 717 is officially up and running!! I am so excited to be able to have
a place to have men and women get together to be healthy and have so much fun
at the same time!! It is a place for everyone to make new friends, gain more
motivation and support from each other!! It is a place to feel comfortable
about yourself and the decision you are making to live a healthier lifestyle!!
Sometimes it gets difficult to work out alone, so what better way to get a
bunch of people together and do it in a positive environment?!? The first day
was so awesome and we all worked up a sweat, but had fun too!! At the end, we
tried a couple recipes of SHAKEOLOGY, which turned out great!!! 
 Our first workout was TURBO FIRE, but will
switch around every week, depending on what everyone wants to do!! If you are

are one of my FAVORITE days because not only is it a relaxing day for my family
and I , but also for me to think ahead of how I can set myself up for success!!
What can I do to save time, but not allow myself to fail miserably with binging
and food!!?? Well, by taking a few hours to make your weekly meal plan, write
down a grocery list of what is on your plan, go grocery shopping, and cook up
your food and separate it into portion sizes, is going to help you
tremendously!!!  This way, there is no
excuse for having no time to cook, no time to prep, and no food available,
because it is done and in your reach!! 

Always have your food packed and extra
in case of an emergency!! Set yourself up for success is going to make YOU
happy in the long run and help you MAXIMIZE YOUR results!!!! I have found by me
doing this EVERY week, I have reached my goal weight and have been able to
maintain my healthy weight!! I have more time during the week now, and am not
stressing about not having what I need, because it is there!!! NO EXCUSES!!! It
is time to reach our goals and be proud of what we are able to accomplish!!

Stacey’s Transformatin Success Story!!!

I was
diagnosed with Lyme Disease in 2011…evidently I have had this disease for 17 +
years….I had gradually developed more symptoms over the years. By December
2011, I had severe headaches, numbness and tingling in my extremities,
dizziness, fatigue, memory loss, and joint pain. Did I mention fatigue? I could
hardly get up in the morning and would need a 3 hour nap mid day to just make
it through the day. I had been on a course of antibiotics lasting 14 months
with some improvments, but the side effects from those meds had me taking other
medications to counteract those sid effects….for instance: I was on
Flagyl…which gave me terrible I took Protonix to counter act the
refulx…which depleated my magnesium and made my face twitch and gave me
palpitations…so I had to take magnesium supplements which gave me diarrhea
(TMI)…so then I had to take all these fiber blends and antidiarrhea meds…oh
my… was awful. I had borderline high blood pressure from everything. The
doctor was going to start me on a pill for that next.   My doctor had me taking a ton of herbal
supplements and reccomended I go on a “zero –fat” diet. Um. Okay? My doctor is
not…NOT an nutritional genius. I had had enough!! I explained that we need fat
for various reasons, and took it upon myself to conquer this disease through
diet and exercise.
I had
been reading about clean eating and came across SHAKEOLOGY. I was amazed at the
ingredients listed and the powerful healing effects most of them bragged to
accomplish. I saw a few posts on Facebook by Deidra Penrose about SHAKEOLOGY,
and I thought, “hmm, I know her, will order it through her…but she better not
bother me…or harass me ….or try to sell me anything more.” (haha) She harassed
me very slyly. I didn’t even realize she was doing it. She sent me recipes, meal
plans, etc. Then she asked if I wanted to join a 90 day challenge group.
Sure….what did I have to lose? Soon, she had me signing up as a BEACH BODY
COACH as well.
submersed myself in researching clean eating, and religiously did my workouts
(TURBO FIRE!!). I did not miss any in 90 days. The most amazing thing was how I
felt just 30 days after drinking SHAKEOLOGY. My once pain-ridden hands/wrists
that could not support my body weight, could now do 30 push ups. I stopped
napping. By the end of 90 days, I visited my doctor again. I had lost 10.5 lbs
during the challenge… 17 lbs since he saw me last. My blood pressure was
normal. My labwork was “astounding” (in his words). I lost 25 inches. He
stopped all my medications! He told me to keep up the good work and then asked
how he could get SHAKEOLOGY! Hmmmm? I am virtually pain free and have very
little side effects from the disease. I hope to be a light in the dark world of
Lyme Disease. I love SHAKEOLOGY and I love TEAM BEACH BODY!

Stacey is now down 4 pant sizes!!!

Quinoa Salad (Reset)


½ c
cooked quinoa (use  1 cup dry and 2 cups
cold water; bring water  to a gentle boil
with quinoa in water; cook covered for 25 min or until water is absorbed;
remove pan from heat and let sit for 10 min without removing lid)
1 Tbsp
extra-virgin olive oil
salt to taste
liquid aminos to taste
1 Tbsp
Fresh Lemon Juice
½ medium
diced tomato
½ medium
cucumber peeled and diced
2 Tbsp
pitted, chopped kalamata olives
2 Tbsp
finely chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp
finely chopped fresh mint leaves
quinoa, oil, salt, Braggs Liquid Aminos (if desired), and lemon juice in a
medium bowl ; mix well
Add tomato,
cucumber, and olives; gently toss to blend
fold in parsley and mint.
and let marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hrs prior to serving.

Homemade Greek Dressing (Reset)

Greek Dressing (Ultimate Reset)
Makes 8 servings (2 Tbsp Each)
½ c
extra virgin olive oil
¼ c
red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
¼ c
fresh lemon juice
2 tsp
dried oregano
clove garlic crushed
1 tsp Dijon
½ tsp
Himalayan salt
1 tsp
herbal seasoning blend
2 tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.  Refrigerate dressing if not using
immediately.  If dressing solidifies when
cold, hold at room temp for 30 min. Stir before using!!

Double Strawberry Cheescake Shakeology!!

DOUBLE Strawberry
Cheesecake Shakeology- using TROPICAL STRAWBERRY SHAKEOLOGY!!!

Scoop Tropical Strawberry Shakeology
½ fresh
2 tbsp
sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix
2 tbsp
pb2 (or natural peanut butter)
8 oz
almond milk (or 4 z almond milk and 4 oz water)
1 tsp
vanilla extract
all ingredients together in a blender and BLEND!!!! How simple can you get?!
This is my absolute FAVORITE Tropical Strawberry Shake!!!  Most of the Strawberry Cheesecake Shake recipes call for Greenberry Shakeology, But I also LOVE using the Strawberry along with fresh Strawberries to make it extra berrylicious!!!

Clean Oatmeal with Protein!


½ cup
uncooked oatmeal
¾ scoop
vanilla protein powder (I use 100 % Whey)
3/4 c
almond milk (use less if you want thicker, or more if you want thinner… I also
use vanilla unsweetened)
1 tbsp
Flax seed
1 tbsp
Wheat Germ
3/4 c
blueberries or any fresh fruit
Put ½ c
oatmeal in bowl and add water to your liking for consistency and microwave for
1 min
In another
cup, mix almond milk and protein powder together and set aside
oatmeal is cooked, add 1 tsbp of flax seed and 1 tbsp of wheat germ and
milk/protein mixture to oatmeal
with blueberries or your favorite fresh fruit!!

I am officially done with the 21 DAY ULTIMATE RESET and LOVE how I
look and feel!! This was one of the best choices I have ever made and am so
grateful for have invested into this! I learned so much about clean eating and
how to live a more healthy lifestyle!! I learned about new foods and even
learned how to figure out when I am really hungry or if I am just emotional
eating! I will recommend this to anyone who is either just starting their
journey in health and fitness or at a plateau and need to change up their

Transformation SUCCESS Story by Sherri

Success Story By Sherri –

My Story

I began my journey to get healthy in January of 2011 when I decided
after 20 years that I wanted to quit smoking. It was just getting to the point
that it wasn’t “cool” anymore it was an embarrassment not only to myself but
for my children as well.  As I became a
non-smoker I quickly substituted eating for smoking and the pounds came on
quickly. By the following year, January 2012 I was the largest I have ever been
in my life at 185 pounds. I hated myself and couldn’t stand to look at myself
in the mirror. It was time to get in shape and drop some of this weight.

In 2012 I joined a gym and began working out on the tread mill and
elliptical twice a day and slightly changed my eating habits. I slowly dropped
off a few pounds and began to feel better about myself. I continued this way of
living up until September of 2012 when I lost my job due to a company shut
down.  This put me at home to be LAZY and
I did absolutely nothing but sit around and watch soap operas and eat LOTS of
chocolate. When we had our family pictures taken in December for Christmas I
looked at myself for the first time and it made me sick. I could not believe
what had happened to my body that I worked so hard to fix. I had put on an
additional 14 pounds.

In January of 2013 a High School friend had recommend me to talk to
a friend of hers that was a BEACH BODY COACH (Deidra Penrose) and could help me
get back on track. I started my challenge group, SHAKEOLOGY, and INSANITY on
January 7th 2013; I weighed 180.2 pounds at that time.  Within the first few days of the challenge I
experienced a death in the family and it put me off track slightly where I went
out of town to stay with family and had so much junk food put in front of me. I
was strong enough to fight off the temptation and eat healthy choices. Unfortunately
with the amount of people around I was unable to complete my workouts. I did
manage on that first week being away from home and not working out to drop 2
pounds. I was impressed on how just changing a few habits makes a huge

When I returned back home I was completely focused on getting
healthy and losing weight. I put forth 100% on my workouts (INSANITY) and
noticed my body changing. With the SHAKEOLOGY  I was feeling great and not wanting any type
of food that I didn’t see as being healthy. I could watch my family members eat
cheeseburgers and French fries while I sat right with them and ate my salad. I
had so much energy. I went from being a couch potato to not being able to sit
still long enough to watch a movie anymore; it was an awesome feeling to have
so much energy.

Here I am 90 days with a weight loss so far of 21 pounds and a fat
loss of 28 inches. I feel amazing. I have learned so much through this
challenge group not only on eating healthy but on how to treat my body. We only
have one body we need to treat it right. This is just the beginning of my road
to a healthier me. I plan on continuing working out and eating healthy and
motivating others to do the same. I want to inspire people to treat their body’s
right and fight the obesity in our country.
