Tuna on Rice Cake!

Tuna
on Rice Cake

Ingredients:
1 4oz
can of tuna in water
Spinach
leaves
½ c
plain greek yogurt
2 rice
cakes (plain)
Diced
onion
1/8 c ff shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp
sea salt
Pepper
to taste
Directions:
Mix
together in a bowl drained tuna, ½ c greek yogurt, diced onion, shredded cheddar cheese
Place
spinach leaves on top of each rice cake
Add
tuna on top of spinach leaves and rice cakes
Top with
salt and pepper to taste
Enjoy!!
P.S.
If you do not want to use rice cakes or like to switch things up, you may use 1
serving of melba snacks (I like the garlic!)
