Protein Pancake with Berries!

Pancake with Berries

Ingredients:
Oil
spray (pam)
½ c
uncooked oatmeal
4 egg
whites
1 tbsp
truvia (natural sweetener)
½ tsp
vanilla extract
½ tsp
ground cinnamon
½ c
sliced strawberries, bananas, or ½ c rasberries
1 tsp
raw honey
Directions:
Spray
pam or cooking oil on pan very lightly over medium heat
In a
medium bowl, whisk together oats, egg white, natural sweetener, vanilla
extract, and cinnamon
Pour
mixture into skillet and cook until golden brown (approx. 2-3 min on each side)
For a
more moist pancake, cover with lid
Put
pancake on plate and drizzle with 1 tsp raw honey
Top
with ½ c fresh fruit!
