Beach Body Cup Challenge

So it is March already and this month, the coaches are able to team up and get a friendly challenge together and get a chance to win a trip to LA to be in one of Tony Horton’s home work out videos!! WOO HOO!! So, my up line coach and cousin asked me to join her and 3 other girls to make our fab 5!!
Yes, we are the Dream Team! 

 I am so excited to be on this journey, not only to win the big prize, but have the opportunity to meet so many new people and work my butt off towards having so many more people see results and meet their fitness and health goals!! I feel I am a great addition to my group because when I want something, I go for it.  There is no holding back with this girl!! I love to help people!! This is what I do with both of my careers in fitness and as a nurse! I feel better when other people are happy and love who they are! If I can help make a change for the better for someone, I will do what it takes.  I put a lot of my time, my energy, and knowledge to become the best coach possible for my customers/friends/family!  I have been a coach for 4 months and I can say I have helped people feel better about themselves and gave them support, motivation, knowledge, and accountability, to transform themselves into amazing, healthy, confident men and women!  This is my real prize!  This is why I do what I do!  Tomorrow is one of my fitness challenge groups 30 day pic/measurement day and I am sooo excited to hear and see their results!!! I feel like a little kid in a candy shop!!!

Not only has being a coach helped my customers see results, but I am learning new information every single day.  I love the fact that I can go on my beach body site and literally can find new information anywhere I look, whether its about beach body’s awesome products, or about nutrition!  Now, I am not a personal trainer (use to be), nor a nutritionist (took classes), but I do know the importance of eating healthy and how to eat in order to be healthy and lose weight in a healthy manner.  I do not want people thinking going on a “fad diet” is going to suffice.  You need to be on a plan where the weight is not going to come back in the end after your done “dieting”.  This is a lifestyle.. This should be long term. So make it worth while.  Make your hard work pay off and be proud of your accomplishments!! You owe it to yourself!
